Jennifer Pingsterhaus added to staff . . . (11/05)

Sore and tired? Feel like you need a little extra work? Jennifer Pingsterhaus is our licensed massage therapist. She is gathering quite the following of patients in our office because of her attention to trigger points (very sore balls of waste product in spastic muscles) and her charming personality and warm and cozy therapy room. Meet Dr. Eishun Lin . . . (2/06)

We have a new doctor in the house!! Dr. Eishun Lin has been seeing patients two Mondays per month. Dr. Lin specializes in pain control therapy for those patients that have a lot of discomfort that chriopractic treatment and rehabilitation may not help, or when injections stop the pain cycle long enough so Dr. Smith can get mobility back in restricted joints. An appointment with Dr. Lin is usually scheduled through Dr. Smith, so it is a good idea to schedule with Dr. Smith first, and he will be happy to make the referral.

Long-Axis Traction... (10/05)

Now a mainstay of therapeutics for degenerative disc disease and protruding discs, long axis traction has proved effective in reducing bulging discs, and herniated or extruded discs. Our New Electronic Medical Record... (8/06)

We now have a new system of tracking our patients and their care in our office! "Chironotes" a division of "Medinotes", is a tablet PC based system that allows Dr. Smith and staff to enter information from a picture scan to daily office notes regarding patient care. The system is wireless so you will probably see Dr. Smith roaming around with his tablet PC in hand. The thing we are trying to be patient ourselves with is this.... how do you teach an old dog (Dr. Smith) new tricks!!! Be patient with him. He is trying!!!!
