It has been said that a doctor is only as good as the staff that surrounds him. Is that ever true!  We have assembled some of the finest individuals in Clinton County for our current staff. Please contact our Business Manager, Judie Kuper, if you have any questions.

Clinton M. Smith, D.C, C.C.S.P., C.I.C.E., F.I.A.M.A.
A graduate of National College of Chiropractic in 1988, Dr. Smith has been in private practice since 1988, in Breese. He specializes in family practice, acupuncture (FIAMA) and sports medicine (CCSP). He is also a Certified Independent Medical Examiner CICE) and performs peer review and court testimony for concerned parties. He is also a consultant to the Illinois Inspector General's Office for Medicaid Fraud. He is currently serving on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's committee on developing new examiner standards for truck driver and bus driver physicals. He also lectures to other physicians groups on DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations for physicians.

He and his wife, Carma, live in Breese with their three children - Elise, Evan, and Lawson - a dog (Bonnie), and two cats (Ava and Elizabeth). He likes to golf and BBQ.

Rejina L. Diekemper, D.C.
Attended Southeast Missouri State University witha major in Biology. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Logan College of Chriopractic in 2006. She has been with Smith Chiropractic for two years. She specializes in family practice, nutrition and weight loss. Dr. Diekemper currently resides in Aviston.

Crystal Kahre - Chiropractic Assistant
Crystal is our chiropractic assistant and has worked with Dr. Smith for more than eight years. She is also a Certified Specimen Collector and a Breath Alcohol Technician. Crystal resides in Carlyle with her husband Eric.

  Tricia Albers- Receptionist
As our nerve center to the office, Tricia has a flair for multi-tasking. She manages new patient appointments and subsequent visits and handles all phone calls and insurance authorizations. She lives in Breese with her husband Brian, daughter Mya and son Camden.

Vickie Korte- Chiropractic Assistant, Trainer
You will always find Vickie with a friendly smile and light hearted attitude. She is our CA trainer and an expert in physical therapy modalities. She is a Certified Specimen Collector and a Breath Alcohol Technician. She is married to Charlie and has three beautiful daughters, Stephanie, Karen and Christen.

  Judie Kuper - Business Manager
Our business manager Judie Kuper manages all aspects of billing, receivables and insurance issues. She resides in Breese with her husband Dennis, son Paul and daughter Caitlin.

  Jennifer Pingsterhaus, LMT- Massage Therapist
"Jen" as we affectionately call her, may be small, but packs a powerful massage repitoire. She specializes in relaxation massage and trigger point therapy for sore, aching muscles due to over use, chronic problems or sports injuries.

Tracy Winter - Rehabilitation Specialist
Tracy joined our office in July 2007 after she graduated from Murray State University in May 2007 with a degree in Exercise Science and Athletic Training. Tracy became a Certified Athletic Trainer in December 2007. She is our rehabilitation specialist and also assists with patient therapies.
